Return instructions and address will be provided upon approval.

Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us via email with your order number and photos of the item.
